That has not been the case for the housing market in many cities in America, including Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas. In this video I will explain what has taken place over the last few years in the Southern Nevada home buying market. This includes topics like mortgage interest rates set by The Fed, the amount of available homes on the market for sale, the amount of people looking to purchase a home (many for the first time), the uncertainty for many people when it comes to their jobs, the fear many people have about potential buyers walking through their home during a virus situation, and people moving from other states (mainly California) to Nevada during the pandemic.
