With 8%+ of loans in forbearance, 32%+ residents either making late or no payments - everyone is wondering - When Will Home Prices Drop? Today I've compiled data that will prove that home prices will likely fall in late 2020 and in 2021. Much of the data lines up with 2006-2009 data, which is when home prices collapsed at a record rate.
