Ziel dieses genreübergreifenden Musiktheaterprogramms ist es, gemeinsam mit der jungen libanesischen Initiative Baytna Baytak 1000 neue Häuser für Beirut zu bauen. The world is upside down. The normal trust in truth and values suddenly seems disposable and security feels more like an illusion rather than a constant we rely on. In cooperation with Pindrop, Andrew Dickinson and Baytna Baytak we produced this re-imagination of Schuberts last song cycle at Delphi Theater Berlin, together with a variety of outstanding artists. Baytna Baytak is a social initiative launched by young, dynamic, Lebanese individuals. In the wake of the Beirut blast, Baytna Baytak are rebuilding houses and relocating people who have lost their homes.
