Specifics: The KOMZ 6x24 has the reputation of being one of the best Russian binoculars alongside the BPO 7x30 and the BPO 10x42. Even if a video always only reflects part of the reality, you can probably see from my recordings that this is certainly true: The KOMZ 6x24 shows an extremely large, wide and brilliant image.

In addition to the excellent optical properties, the KOMZ 6x24 also stands out due to its design: very compact and in the Bausch & Lomb style which is very uncommon for Russian binoculars. I have read that this design is very suitable for compact binoculars, which is perhaps the reason for this. I also read that even the prisms of these binoculars have the same blue and purple coating as the lenses. Since my model is in excellent condition, I have not yet dared to open it to confirm this.

The KOMZ 6x24 is available in two designations: БПЩ6x24 and БШЦ2 6x24. The БШЦ2 6x24 is the successsor modell of the БПЩ6x24. Therefore it bears the number 2 in the name.
