Markup Your Woodworking Components With Triangles So You Can Keep Them Straight
As you get into more complicated builds with many parts, it becomes very important to keep track of your reference faces and the proper orientation of how things fit together. Using simple Carpenter's Triangles or Cabinet Maker's Triangles is a great way to do this. Decide on the grain layout and the order of the workpieces only once and avoid treating your glue-up like a 1,000 piece puzzle. Marking your pieces with Triangles will help your efficiency a lot.
