WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT HOW I LOST 32LBS : EASY, HEALTHY & VEGAN

Hi babes! These are the types of meals I've been eating lately & I am actually now down 32lbs as I'm typing this. It has taken me about 4 months to lose this weight but that could vary for everyone of course! I decided to go Vegan a little over 2 years ago after taking a nutrition class & watching "Forks Over Knives" on Netflix..another documentary that really opened my eyes is "What The Health" I highly recommend both. During this time 2 years ago I was having really bad stomach issues which I now know was from the amount of dairy I was consuming (I use to LOVE cheese & eat a lot of it) during that time Hector (my BF for those of you who are new lol) also was dealing with health issues which is what lead us to make bigger changes with our diet/lifestyles. Within the past 2 years we have made A LOT of mistakes because 1. we were so limited with options while living at college so we weren't always committed 2. we thought that because it was vegan, it was healthy and that is not the case. Before making the transition make sure you do a lot of research and find recipes that you enjoy - I still like to eat what I love but I try to incorporate more whole foods, fruits, veggies, water than before. I have been trying to reduce the amount of processed vegan food that I consume but of course I am not perfect & there is always room for improvement with this lifestyle. The most important thing is to keep and open mind & PLEASE do your own research and keep in mind this is what is working for me, I'm not a professional & I'm still learning as I go.
P.S I am currently not tracking calories as much because I just don't like to - I use to do that before & I was miserable. I eat when I'm hungry & portion my meals to the point where I feel like its not too much or too little. Hope you enjoyed, Love you guys & gals :)
