Its good for #morning and #evening workout. Gives you enough kick in the morning so you can skip a morning coffee. Helps with overall #health and #wellness, relaxes joints and gives lots of energy to the body as a whole.

Start with a quick warm up first so your body muscles don't ache too much afterwards. You don't want to start anything intense right away because you can hurt yourself.

#Fitness moves:
1. Simple walking movements
2. Toe touches to each side
3. Semi bridge

Booty exercises, 10 reps 2 sets:

1.Straight leg kickbacks
2. Glute bridge
3. Side lying abduction
4. Pulsing squat
5. Crab walk

Conclusion, finishing up with some stretches.
