Appeals Court AGAIN Delays Release of Trump's Tax Returns. Our Courts are Broken Procedurally

Four years ago Donald Trump promised the American people he would promptly release his tax returns. Ever since, he's been fighting tooth and nail in court to keep his tax information hidden from the voters AND the prosecutors trying to investigate Trump's alleged financial crimes. Trump loses every single court case - in the trial court, in the appellate court and in the Supreme Court. Indeed, after pronouncing "no man is king", the Supreme Court returned Trump's tax case to the trial court. After again losing (making essentially the same arguments he made the first time around) Trump has appealed AGAIN! Dishearteningly, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals just delayed the release of Trump's taxes AGAIN even though Trump has already lost four times in various courts. Our courts remain strong substantively, correctly rejecting Trump's claims each and every time. But our courts are broken procedurally, allowing Trump to successfully weaponize the delay built into the court system and run out the clock on timely investigations. In this video, I make a direct plea to the judges, "Judges, can you please give We The People a break and start deciding these cases in a timely fashion? Because We The People could really use a break right about now . . .
