The Philharmonia Orchestra's Arts Management Training Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain inside-track experience in this highly competitive field, within one of the world's premier arts organisations.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about music and the performing arts, and committed to making a career in arts management and administration. We offer 7 training placements: Development (fundraising), Digital, Orchestral Librarianship, Education, Marketing and Concert Planning and Administration.
