I was always told by the health industry to take probiotics whenever I was taking antibiotics such as doxycycline for acne, but I just thought ‘I’m already paying so much for these antibiotics that do the work, why would I also pay for probiotics and what do they even do?’

Well now I know…

Turns out there is more of a link between gut health and acne than I had originally thought! But many people still do not know the difference between probiotics vs. prebiotics, where to find them or what to look out for. Many don’t even know what causes adult acne!
