Behind every perceived notion of homelessness, there is a story, and Alan Graham has made it his mission to alter these assumptions and bring light to these individuals. Founding the social outreach nonprofit Mobile Loaves & Fishes in Austin, Texas, Alan provides food and clothing, and promotes dignity for homeless men and women. Today with the support of more than 19,000 volunteers, Mobile Loaves & Fishes is the largest prepared feeding program to the homeless and working poor in Austin. With over 5 million meals served over 18 years, everyday Alan strives to empower communities to change the way we view homeless. Alan Graham is the founder and CEO of Mobile Loaves & Fishes, a social outreach nonprofit in Austin, Texas that provides food and clothing, and promotes dignity to homeless men and women. Today, with the support of more than 19,000 volunteers, Mobile Loaves & Fishes is the largest prepared feeding program to the homeless and working poor in Austin. In addition to growing its truck ministry, Mobile Loaves & Fishes has expanded its programs and services to include the development of Community First! Village, a master planned community that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for the disabled, chronically homeless in Central Texas.
