It’s finally here - the best guide on how to progress from the advanced tucked front lever to the one leg tucked front lever!
The one leg tucked front lever is one of the most exciting front lever progressions to unlock because it’s the first progression that involves sticking your leg out.
When you unlock it, you’ll feel like you’ve made real progress towards achieving the full front lever.
This video shows you four useful tips that are proven to help you unlock the one leg tucked front lever, plus a range of front lever exercises that will improve the specific strength needed to hold the front lever.
