Talapus and Olallie Lakes - Washington State

Talapus and Olallie Lakes are popular destinations within the Alpine Lakes Wilderness near Snoqualmie Pass. There is a rough gravel road leading to the trail head, but the trail to the lakes is easy and well maintained. When snow still blankets both lakes in early spring hiking to the lakes can be challenging, but there can be no better time to enjoy the lakes in complete solitude.
