Konica Toner Wont Empty Out Bottles, Lets Fix it With the Soldering Iron

My Konica Minolta C3070 Accuriopress stopped working. Toner would not empty out and it told me to replace the toner bottles. The solution was not what I expected. I thought that a dirty sensor was the problem but thanks to a viewer I was told to check out the ICP that supplies power to the toner motors. Sure enough the ICP 3 was blown and needed a jumper soldered onto the printer control board. I am glad its back up and running 20 minutes later! This fix is likely applicable to other Konica machines such as c2070, c1070, and ICP's can also be repaired on the c6500, c8000, c1085, c1100 and more.
