Determining Why Konica C3070 isn't feeding Toner, What I'm Doing to make my Toner Last

Diving into the bowels of a Konica Minolta c3070 to diagnose if there are motor or clutch problems with the toner system. I'm not a professional, but I like to see if I can fix things myself. Cleaned everything and its seems to be working. I then ran 80000+ clicks on it so I'll consider this fixed. I also forgot to mention that I ordered surface mount fuses from mouser electronics so I can correctly repair the board on this machine. I'm stocked up on paper and toner, bring on the shortages!
