Jet Ski New York City !!

An amazing jet ski adventure in New York City!!! For days I had been riding the Staten Island ferry watching people jet ski behind the boats and each day I was jealous as a MoFo. I finally Googled where to catch the jet skis and decided to roll myself out to Jersey City to the @SeaTheCity tour group and rented one along with a tour.

A magnificent experience! You know I love jet skis, but to ride through the waters of the harbor while taking in the views of the world's finest city was amazing. Even though I've always feared the water since I was a kid, because it's so dirty, lol. I remember my grandmother used to take me to South Beach on Staten Island and let me swim, but she'd always so - don't put your head under the water. On this day I was drenched with it from head to to. And all of it splashing in my mouth didn't make me feel much better.
My cousin had a decontamination zone set up for me when I came back to her place afterwards.

We did take a dip behind the Statue of Liberty at the end of the tour, we were wet enough anyway. We got closeups of the Brooklyn Bridge, the beautiful skyline of the Concrete Jungle and of Lady Liberty. Jet skis hit north of 50mph so they were money.

An absolutely awesome experience. And set to the soundtrack of Alicia Keys and her "Empire State of Mind Part 2."

Ah yeah.
