How to display and package watercolor paintings for sale

Learn how to cut a mat and package your watercolor to display at craft fairs and art festivals or even in your own studio!

You can get the clear bags I used at Papermart: http://www.papermart.com/lip-n-tape-cello-polypropylene-bags/id=15038?origin=thefrugalcrafter *Note: Papermart offers a 15% discount when you order over $200 in combined cello bags. This is a great opportunity to stock up or team up with other artists/crafters and place an order together!

For cutting the mat you will need:
Logan model 2000 push style mat cutter (or your handheld cutter of choice)
Craft knife
Strait edge like a metal yard stick
pencil
tape
20# copy paper in 11"x17" size

My watercolor card display board was made from a large frame with a plywood backerboard. I glued wooden clothepins to the board and I simply clip the cards to it.

The watercolor print rack was made by my husband but similar ones can be purchased at art suppliers online.
