Operation Toofan : മലപ്പുറത്ത് വിദ്യാർഥികൾ മയക്കുമരുന്ന് വിതരണം ചെയ്ത രണ്ട് പേർ പിടിയിൽ. കൊണ്ടോട്ടി വലിയപറമ്പ് സ്വദേശി പറപ്പാറ റിയാസ് എന്ന ചോര റിയാസ്, പുളിക്കൽ സ്വദേശി മുജീബ് എന്നിവരാണ് പിടിയിലായത്. കാലിക്കറ്റ് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി പരിസരം കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ച് നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനയിൽ ആണ് ഇരുവരും പിടിയിലായത്. ഇവരിൽ നിന്നും MDMA യും വില്പനക്കായി ഉപയോഗിച്ച കാറും പിടികൂടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വിവിധ സ്റ്റേഷനുകളിലായി 40 ഓളം കേസിലെ പ്രതിയാണ് മുജിബ് റഹ്‌മാൻ.

Two people involved in distributing drugs to students were arrested in Malappuram. The accused have been identified as Parappara Riyas, alias "Chora Riyas," a native of Valiyaparamba in Kondotty, and Mujeeb, a native of Pulikkal. The duo was arrested during an inspection conducted in and around the Calicut University area. MDMA and the car used for drug distribution were seized from them. Mujeeb Rahman is an accused in around 40 cases registered at various police stations across the state.
