Class O Insulation

For many years the heating industry has been advised to protect external condensate waste pipes with Class O Insulation

What the industry or boiler manufacturers did not advise is to make sure its fitted to the insulation manufacturers instructions as if it's not it will fail

Another issue when following the MI's is that class O requires painting with their own paint twice
It also can't be coated in humidity more than 80 % (rain or snow ) and in temperatures lower than 10 degrees, so making it virtually impossible
