Walking you through the way I rig my single tabbed lyra to my a-frame.
DISCLAIMER: I am not an aerial rigger or structural engineer, HOWEVER have taken multiple ACE (American Circus Educators Association) approved aerial teacher trainings where we thoroughly discuss rigging, as it is something that needs to be understood if you are going to be an aerial instructor. There are so many levels to safe rigging and many factors should be considered, so take everything I say lightly and please please please learn the basics before attempting. More resources for rigging are linked below, and there are books that can be purchased or borrowed on the subject as well. This information is accurate to the best of my knowledge and many professionals were consulted to create this setup.
