Self- care is so important to ROCD and anxiety. Having a routine and practice can help expedite the process of your suffering immensely.

In this video, I go over why self-care is important and then I show you a couple techniques you can implement in your everyday to make your life better and happier.

Remember, self care doesn't always necessarily "feel good", but having a practice is crucial.
