Old-Fashioned Raisin Bran Muffins, My Family’s Cozy Heirloom Recipe

Ingredients:
- 16 oz Raisin Bran cereal
- 5 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 qt buttermilk

Steps:
1. Pour buttermilk over cereal and stir until coated. Set aside.
2. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda together.
3. Add beaten eggs and oil to the buttermilk-cereal mixture and stir well.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients — stir until just mixed.
5. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
6. Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes.
