200g kalte Butter
Füllung: 300g Haselnüsse, 200g Semmelbrösel, 220g Zucker, 300g - 350g Wasser, 1 EL Vanillezucker, 1 TL Zimt
Eigelb + 1 EL Wasser
Marillenmarmelade, Staubzucker + Zitronensaft
Dough: 500g flour, 280g cold milk, 20g fresh yeast or 7g dry yeast, 1/2 tsp salt, 30g sugar

Filling: 300g hazelnuts, 200g breadcrumbs, 220g sugar, 300g - 350g water, 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon
yolk + 1 tbsp water
Apricot jam, icing sugar + lemon juice
Pâte : 500 g de farine, 280 g de lait froid, 20 g de levure fraîche ou 7 g de levure sèche, 1/2 cc de sel, 30 g de sucre
200g de beurre froid
Garniture : 300 g de noisettes, 200 g de chapelure, 220 g de sucre, 300 g - 350 g d'eau, 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre vanillé, 1 cuillère à café de cannelle
jaune + 1 cuillère à soupe d'eau
Confiture d'abricot, sucre glace + jus de citron
