Hello my loves. Today we have another episode in the living alone diaries (starting over vlog). As you know I've gone through a lot of life changes these last six months (a separation, moving out, leaving school & ultimately beginning a new life here in Paris)...There have been ups and downs and I have decided to continue to document this new journey as I create a new chapter in France by myself.
In December I moved into my new Paris apartment and experienced living solo for the first time in six years. Everything was great at first, but soon after, a new set of problems began as I started having issues with a neighbor. That same week my book was coming out, so I was feeling overwhelmed and needed a safe space to focus. At the end of March I made the choice to leave that place for a little while. The book has been doing well thanks to you guys (ily!!) and I was reminded of life's contrasts as I celebrated on a terrace in the middle of Paris and then washed my hair in a sink (the new apartment doesn't have a shower lmao). In this vlog I talk about those feelings and how I have learned to enjoy the messy process and life's big contradictions. There is a beauty in every situation, and one day I will look back and say "what a time to be alive".
