ENVELOPE DETECTOR| JEE MAIN 2013| DIODE DETECTOR| DETAILED THEORY| DERIVATION| MAX MESSAGE FREQUENCY

In This Video I have Provided the Required Theory to Solve a JEE Main 2013 Problem on Communication Systems which requires one to find the maximum allowable message signal frequency which can be recovered using a diode envelope detector having a given resistance and capacitance. Hope you enjoy the analysis...

A diode detector is used to detect an amplitude modulated wave of 60% modulation by using a condenser of capacity 250 pico-farad in parallel with a load resistance 100 kilo-ohm. Find the maximum modulated frequency which could be detected by it.[Main 2013]
(a) 10.62 MHz (c) 5.31MHz
(b) 10.62 kHz (d) 5.31 kHz
