A very long (semi-infinite) cylindrical shell of radius R has a uniform surface charge density . A disc shaped cover of mass m which is divided in to 4 sectors as shown in the figure is placed on its top. The blue sectors have a charge density  whereas the magenta sectors have a charge density 3. What should be the minimum value of m if the cover is not to fly off. Acceleration due to gravity is g.
