Round and Square Boats 1 End of season

Paul Jones is my English Folkboat. It was built in 1961 by Harry Feltham. Since I bought the boat I've generally tidied it up, rebuilt the cockpit, refastened the stem, and worked on paint and varnish.

As winter approaches I'm wondering what to work on next. Keel bolts are high on the list along with fixing a leak. The keel timber was soaked in fresh water for a while before I took the boat on. I wonder if this has damaged it and if it still has the strength to properly hold screws.
