Salary: $11.38/hr Hours - Open availability required
*Must be willing to work with clients throughout the St. Louis area (St. Charles, North, West, South and St. Louis City)
Job Description: Oversee effective and efficient delivery of services to customers. Coordinate weekly schedules to fulfill customers' designated units. Decide what content and information needs to be given to each team member. Determine working outcomes for Person Centered Plan. Coordinate customer schedule per individual needs.
Responsibilities: Ensure customer's health needs are met. Provide weekly customer contact and supervision. Ensure that customer knows safety procedures at home and in the community. Complete and implement Person Centered Plan. Ensure agency paperwork and customer files (paper and electronic) are current. Encourage and supervise planning and initiation of leisure and recreational activities as stated in the Plan. Complete mandatory training following training deadlines.
Requirements: Sound knowledge of developmental disabilities. Knowledge of support services (resources within city and county). Problem solving; Ability to effectively multi-task; Prioritize and plan in order to meet Life Skills timelines; Good communication skills; Basic computer skills (preferred); High School Diploma or GED required. Must have open availability to include evenings, weekends and days.
