Filmed on a Saturday shortly before Christmas Dublin City was bustling with shoppers and was the busiest I have seen for a long time. There was a great atmosphere in the city with lots of buskers out performing on Grafton Street. The walk starts on South King Street beside the St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre before continuing on to Grafton Street, Wicklow Street, Exchequer Street, Dame Court, Dame Street, Dame Lane, Trinity Street, South William Street and Castle Market. I was lucky to see a town cryer making an announcement on the steps of The Powerscourt Townhouse. At the end of the walk I stopped in to The Old Stand Irish Pub for a refreshing pint and to watch the world go by.
