Like a (Victron) Phoenix from the ashes ...
This Victron Phoenix 12/1200 from about 2013 was given to me after it suffered a very fiery failure of the AC output filter, most likely caused by someone running brushed power tools off of it.
If you're working on a similar failure, here are the component values:
"Outer" film capacitor: 330 nF/275 V X2
"Inner" film capacitor: 680 nF/275 V X2
Y capacitors to case ground: 10 nF each
The small traces coming from the big resistors should connect to L and N straight from the output.
The two wires from the transformer connect to one side each of the common-mode choke. The output is tapped from the other side of it, i.e, the side closer to the edge of the PCB. If your choke is destroyed, you can probably just ignore it if you're not too concerned with EMC.
