This Cambodian Traditional Rice is one of my favourite treat. It is best with the coconut cream topping. Shredded coconut and roasted sesame seeds will make this type of dessert even more delicious. 😊

✔️Batter Mixture
▪️ 1/2 package rice flour 220g
▪️ 1/4cup tapioca starch 40g
▪️ 1/2 can coconut milk 200ml

▪️ 1/2 cup sugar - 100g
▪️ 3/4 cup lukewarm water - 180ml
▪️ instant or dry yeast 1 & 1/4 tsp

✔️coconut cream topping
▪️ 1/2 can coconut milk 200ml
▪️ 1 tbsp rice flour
▪️ 1 tbsp sugar
▪️ 1/4 tsp salt

Other ingredients
▪️ roasted sesame seeds
▪️ shredded coconut
