DAY 3: RAW VEGAN MAYO AND BEAUTIFUL GOLDEN ORB SPIDER

Today is day 3 of my raw food challenge and in this video I share how I feel and a raw vegan mayo recipe.

1 x Pineapple
2 x Mangoes
1 cup Sesame Seeds
Green of a green onion

This makes quite a lot of 'mayo'. I would definitely make less next time round. Unless you are feeding the whole neighbourhood.
