I bet you don't enjoy constipation. Well, if you avoid carbohydrates or if you're on some sort of crazy low-calorie starvation diet (500-800 calories daily), then you'd better get ready for it.
Soluble fibre and insoluble fibre are both important, but for different reasons. and Inefficient digestion is important for the control of body weight and excess fat storage.
