NTF National Parks News Feature Clip - KEVN News Rapid City

On Saturday, April 8, 2017, we visited the Journey Museum in Rapid City, South Dakota to take part in the National Parks exhibit. Rangers from 15 parks within 300 miles of Rapid City came to talk with visitors, answer questions, and give presentations in the theater. We spent an hour or more learning more about some of the amazing hikes and features of several parks, including Scott's Bluff National Monument, Bighorn Canyon NRA, Jewel Cave N.M. and Devil's Tower N.M.

While we were there, KEVN Fox News from Rapid City was conducting interviews with the rangers and participants. Calvin and I were chosen to speak about what we enjoy about the parks and why they are important to our family!
