Hello, in the previous episodes, I explained about Real Estate Investment Funds and Private Equity Investment Funds. Today I will be speaking about the distinct features of Turkey and our Company RE-PIE Asset Management. And I will give a brief example of one of our REIF.
Turkey is considered one of the most important investment destination in the area, Due to its characteristics and developed sectors, Turkey is immune to economic cycles stemming from global economic turmoil, political disputes, geopolitical developments, And is one of the fastest-growing economies in the world, If you an investor who wants to invest in real estate, or tourism, you are welcome to Turkey.

Now let me speak about our Company, Re-Pie Asset management.
Re-pie Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc. Turkey's first licensed alternative asset management company. Re-pie is a portfolio management company licensed by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey. RE-PIE manages four real estate investment funds and added venture capital investment funds to the scope of its activities.

One of these funds is called Anatolia Real Estate Investment Fund. This fund invests in land plots in Turkey with the priority of raw land plots. The aim of the fund is exceeding its hurdle rate (15% nominal plus costs, including title deed fees, brokerage fees, valuation, audit, and consultancy fees), which is above the CPI. Investment Committee analyzes detailed zoning studies, urban design and planning, and geological surveys and considers urban demographics, public and private investments, infrastructure projects for decision making.
