HUMAN FLAG in 21 Days - Training, Progression & Exercises

In this video I Learn the Human Flag from scratch. I normally stick to free weight training in the gym but I thought it would be cool to learn the Human Flag.

I managed a Tucked Flag after 5 days and the Human Flag after 18 days. I've done very little calisthenics prior to this and I solely used resources from The School of Calisthenics as I follow them on social media and they seem to explain things very clearly.

I did mostly bodyweight exercises, i'll list a few here:

Side Plank
Side Plank - Raised Feet
Side Plank on the Bar

Double Arm Active Hang
Double Arm Active Hang + Weight
Single Arm Active Hang + Rope
Single Arm Active Hang (optional wrist strap to help grip)

Weight Bench V-Ups
Weight Bench ISO Hold
Parallel Bar L-Sits
