Monty Python and the Lord of the Rings (Mount Doom Intermission) - just for fun

As most fans of the Lord of the Rings movies know, there is a strange blackout on the screen that takes place after Frodo and Sam destroy the ring. Although it doesn't last even ten seconds, I have seen many film reactors wonder if that is the end of the movie. Well wonder no more! Inspired by the completely unnecessary intermission that takes place during the Bridge of Death sequence in Monty Python and the Holy Grail, I have incorporated a similar edit into the Return of the King!

Yeah, I know its stupid, and I know that its twenty years too late. But I got a chuckle out of it.
