Ingredients:

The Base For All Macs:
8oz macaroni
1 tsp granulated chicken bouillon
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 stick butter
1 cup half & half

The Original:
8oz Velveeta
4oz Yellow Cooper
4oz Extra Sharp Cheddar
Layer in 3-4 slices Swiss
Top with extra sharp cheddar and smoked paprika

Pepper Jack Mac
8oz Pepper Jack Cheese
4oz Vermont (white sharp) Cheddar Cheese
4oz White Queso Cheese
Top with slices of pepper jack

Four Cheddar Mac:
4oz Mild Cheddar
4oz Vermont (white sharp) Cheddar
4oz Extra Sharp Cheddar
4oz Aged Reserve
Top with Extra Sharp Cheddar and smoked paprika

10 Cheese Mac:
Velveeta
Colby Jack
Pepper Jack
Parmesan
White Cooper
Swiss
Munster
Mild Cheddar
Vermont (white sharp) Cheddar
Extra Sharp Cheddar (Top with this and this makes the 10th cheese)
*The amount varied between 1 - 2 ounces for these cheeses. Equaling 16-17 oz of cheese in total.
