Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp (salt, pepper Old Bay (optional)
1.5 cups store brand rice
1/2 cup Jasmine rice
1 tbs Shao Hsing wine
1 tbs Dark soy sauce
1-2 tbs Regular soy sauce
2 tsp ginger paste
Whites of the green onion
Greens of the green onion
1 bulb roasted garlic (optional)
1-2 eggs
few drops sesame oil
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp Msg (Accent)
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
Few tbs of neutral oils

*All ingredients are approximate. You may require more or less
*Neutral oils don't change the flavor of your food. Examples would be grapeseed, vegetable, avocado ect.
