"Baked" Mac & Cheese 00:23 -- 8 oz elbow macaroni, 1T avocado oil, 2c water, 3T butter, 3/4c whole milk, 1/2c heavy whipping cream, 2c sharp cheddar shredded cheese, 1c Gruyère shredded cheese, salt & pepper to taste, 3T butter, 1c panko bread crumbs, 1/4t paprika

Creamed Corn Casserole 03:05 -- 1 Jiffy box, 1/2c melted butter, 1 can drained corn, 1 can cream style corn (undrained), 1/2c whole milk, 2 beaten eggs, 1/4c sugar, 1/2t garlic powder, 1/4t salt (or to taste)

Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Bacon 05:53 -- 1 lb brussels sprouts, 1T avocado oil, 3.5T maple syrup, 5 slices of bacon cut in smaller pieces, salt & ground pepper to taste

Rosemary Garlic Roasted Potatoes 08:10 -- 1.5 lb potatoes, 3T avocado oil, 1T garlic paste, 1T lemon juice, 2t fresh rosemary, 1t salt & 1t pepper (or to taste)

Roasted Garlic Mushrooms 09:49 -- 1 lb mushrooms, 2T avocado oil, 1/2t salt, 1/4t Italian seasoning

Cheese & Jelly/Jam/Preserve Turnovers 11:38 -- about 4 or 5 inches diameter of pie crust, cheese snacks of preference, jelly or preserve of preference,1 beaten egg w/~1t water, 1/4c sugar, water to help wet and seal the pastry
