Hyliion - Better than Nikola - (tortoise acquisition corp)

Lately there has been a lot of talk about Nikola and their Hydrogen tech. I my self made a critical video about the Nikola stock and said it was highly over valued (brought in a lot of hate in the comment section) :-)
But now there is a new player in the field called Hyliion. And they are actually not even new. They are just on their way to the stock excange.
