In this video Dr. Georg Löfflmann and I talk about about General Erich Vad, former defense advisor to chancellor Angela Merkel and often called "Merkels General". He made some very strong statements throughout 2022 about the strength of the Russian Armed Forces, which turned out to be wrong several times.
