Kursk Offensive Stopped due to Sicily Invasion? - I was wrong

There is a recurring error - one that I committed on my own during Tankfest 2018 - namely that Operation Zitadelle / the Battle of Kursk (1943) was stopped by Hitler since the Allies invaded Sicily (Operation Husky). So, we ask Dr. Roman Töppel to make sure we get it right this time.
