The Treasure I nearly left behind - A Mudlarking Adventure (A Very Special One) - Spring 2021

I almost left behind a wonderful historical treasure when I was mudlarking. Join me as I go mudlarking with Marine Artist David Nolan on the River Medway in Kent. Sometimes when you pull something out of the mud, it doesn't look very inspiring at all and this was the case with a large chunk of metal covered in mud and rust. But something made me keep it!! Im glad I did. That and other wonderful treasures including an unexpected ring with a story that gets the imagination going.
