If your Camry has idle problems, car is stalling or you cannot turn on the vehicle (the engine sounds like it starts, but then dies shortly after), this is the first thing you want to check. It's cheap and easy to do. USE A FUEL-INJECTION safe throttle body cleaner! Wal-Mart is a great place to purchase something like this, or any automotive store. Be sure to look for fuel-injection safe, there are special coatings inside the intake manifold / throttle body that will deteriorate if you do not use a cleaner safe for fuel injected vehicles! Just read the bottle carefully. Or just use the same product I use in the video by clicking my link. I purchased mine at O'Reilly's.
Let it soak for at minimum 30 min. Then be mindful that the car may have a hard time starting, don't burn out the starter motor. This fix lasts for ~ 6 months to a year based on my experience.
