Toyota Camry Stalls even while moving 1997 1998 1999 2000 2001

2000 Toyota Camry LE, 4 cyl Auto, real bad stalling issue. Even if I'm driving down the road, the car will stall when I let go of the gas pedal. Idle is non existent. Problem is intermittent, will come and go as it pleases. Once the car starts up fine, it runs fine. Has only happened 3 times on me so far, so diagnosing the problem has been difficult. Car is well maintained had the timing belt / water pump / oil pump seals replaced, already checked the EGR Valve which was clear.
