Lactose-free Caerphilly Taste Test feat. Amy Webber

Lactose-Free Cheese using Lactose-Free Milk! But what does it taste like? Surprisingly, it's quite nice and almost as good as a regular Caerphilly, which many of you would know is my go-to cheese for these types of experiments.

This Lactose-free Caerphilly was matured for 4.5 weeks which is a little longer than I normally keep this style of cheese for.
