Lochgelly High School Junior Pipe Band Novice Juvenile 2024 British Pipe Band Championships Forres
Lochgelly High School Junior Pipe Band competing in the Novice Juvenile B finals at the 2024 British Pipe Band Championships. These were held at Grant Park in Forres on Saturday 8th June 2024. The band, who were led by Pipe Major Greig Canning and wearing Ancient Red MacPherson tartan, were awarded equal 6th place in Novice Juvenile B for this performance. The tune set was The Seige of Delhi, Men of Argyll, High Road to Gairloch and The Earl of Mansfield.
Hosted by a partnership between YBD Music Ltd and the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association, the Championship involved about 120 bands and over 4,000 pipers & drummers.
