Repairing our 150-Tonne Hydraulic Press: Fixing a Badly Leaking Ram! 🛠

Our 150-tonne hydraulic press has been leaking badly around the ram, and it’s time to get it fixed! In this video, we take on the challenge of removing the ram cylinder from the press frame, which is no small task. Once disassembled, we quickly discover the damage to the seals on the gland and piston. Luckily, the rod and barrel are in good condition, so it’s just a matter of sourcing a new seal kit. Watch as we walk you through the repair process step by step, from installing the new seals to reassembling the cylinder and getting the press back in action. No more leaks—this hydraulic press is ready for more heavy-duty jobs and projects!
