Kaju Katli - Diwali Special Sweet | काजू कतली - दिवाली स्पेशल मिठाई | Chetna Patel Recipes

Ingredients:
250 gm - Cashew nut
200 gm - Powder Sugar

Take Cashew and wash properly and soak for 1-2 hours and crush the Cashew in the mixie
Don’t make it fine paste , grind like coarse

Take one non stick kadhai don’t Switch On the flame
1st Cashew Paste and Sugar mix very well and Then Switch on the flame
stir continuously and till it’s done , one dough will come together in middle.

Put on Silicon mat and mix it properly with hand or with silicon mat like smooth and soft dough

Roll it square shape and put silver Varkh and cut diamond shape or kaju katli shape

Serve .
